Who I AM
I studied business administration with a focus on diversity management at WU, served as deputy chair of the student council, and went on to work in project management and organizational development.
I spent over five years in marketing: in corporations, NGOs, and associations. I worked at Deloitte. I had the résumé many people aspire to.
And yet: I stopped seeing the point.
I didn't want to be a small cog anymore. So I stopped waiting – and started creating.
During the pandemic I took online marketing courses, launched my blog diemaxmustermann.com in 2021, and published 40 articles in 2023 alone. In 2026 I founded Visible & Aligned, my agency for authentic marketing.
Today I connect business, psychology, and communication. I help people find clarity, build structures, and live what they truly want.
What Drives Me
Structure for freedom: I believe real freedom needs structure – not less of it.
Empowerment, not advice I don't hand down recommendations. I work with you.
Visibility for everyone I speak about topics that are often overlooked – including uncomfortable ones.
